Established in 1999, Thorncliffe | Your Shout helps our clients hold interactive online engagements, draft Consultation Statements for submission with the planning application, and lobby councillor to gain planning committee approval.

We have four Core Values to help us in what we do:

We are results driven

We know that clients not only expect the best, but they also expect results. So we measure our results, in terms of planning committee success, numbers of people engaged, and the added value we bring to your project.

We are proactive

Clients expect to receive a professional and proactive service – and that is our aim on every project at all times. We have a weekly project review system in place to make sure all colleagues are fully up to speed with what is needed on your project.

We work to best practice methods

We’ve had an in-house training system called DQS for many years, which ensures we use the most innovative, and tried & tested techniques on all projects. We’re now an Investors in People Gold company, which builds on our IiP status since 2005.

We are ethical

A quasi-government organisation has approved our code of conduct

ORCL, the Office of the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists, has approved our code of conduct. Our code is externally-enforced, and means colleagues adhere to the highest ethical standards. Read more about our code >>

Our Social Values

The Social Values of the company reflect our belief that the development industry can make a difference to the world:

By tackling the housing emergency

We know young people, in particular want homes at a price they can afford.  By being at the forefront of the debate to tackle the barriers to building more homes, we can assist this.  Recently, we’ve partnered with the IEA and Land Aid.

By championing Democracy and Public Service

We employ and interact with councillors and those who are active in their local community.  We can help by being a good employer to those who seek to do public service and helping elected representatives serve their communities better.

By opening up participation in communities

We are particularly keen to get YIMBYs involved in decision making about development, not just those who have a vested interest in seeking to curtail progressive development.  We can help by championing best practice participative community engagement and values assessments amongst private, public and third sector organisations.
